At each of the Data Controllers, a Data Protection Officer has been appointed, who can be contacted at e-mail address: info@yourholidays.pl. Personal data are processed for the purposes indicated above. Recipients of personal data will be only entities authorized to obtain personal data under the law and entities participating in the implementation of services. Personal data will be processed until any withdrawal of consent. Personal data may be disclosed to employees or associates of individual Personal Data Administrators, as well as to entities providing support to individual Personal Data Administrators on a commissioned service basis and in accordance with executed entrustment agreements. The Customer has the right to request from each Personal Data Administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify, delete or restrict processing, and the right to data portability. The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Provision of personal data is voluntary, however, failure to consent to the processing of personal data will prevent the Personal Data Administrators from taking actions related to the fulfillment of the purposes of processing.
