Each Personal Data Administrator has a Data Protection Inspector who can be contacted at the following e-mail address: info@yourholidays.plPersonal data are processed for the purposes indicated above. The recipients of personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data under the law and entities participating in the provision of services. Personal data will be processed until consent is withdrawn. Personal data may be disclosed to employees or associates of individual Personal Data Administrators, as well as to entities providing support to individual Personal Data Administrators on the basis of commissioned services and in accordance with concluded entrustment agreements. The Customer has the right to request from each of the Personal Data Administrators access to personal data, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing and the right to transfer data. The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to consent to the processing of personal data will prevent Personal Data Administrators from taking actions related to the implementation of the purposes of processing.
